All our sandwiches and wraps include chips and salsa, a cookie, and your choice of Potato Salad, Cole Slaw or Seasonal Fruit Boxed lunch pricing based on quantity. Minimum order requirement is 6.

- Tuzigoot Turkey– Fresh Turkey Breast, Cheddar Cheese, Western Dressing, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato all on a Canyon Sized Bun
- Little Daisy– Turkey, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Cream Cheese & Guacamole, on our fresh Sourdough Bread Grand Canyon– Ham and Swiss with Lettuce, Tomato, Dijon Mustard and Mayo on Marble Rye Bread.
Wraps

Canyon Mac and Cheese
Comfort Food at its best! Pasta noodles with a blend of rich queso cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese baked to perfection and served with a warm Pretzel Bread Stick. Your choice of Grilled Chicken, Fajita Chicken, BBQ Pork, Philly Style with peppers, onions, Mushrooms, and Hot Roast Beef, or simply Plain sure to please! Served buffet style for groups of ten or more $10.50 per person. Available individually done on our daily menu for an additional cost.
Potato Bar
If you have a group of twenty or more you might want to consider our Hot Baked Potato Bar. We supply you with huge baked potatoes with all the toppings. Great for groups when you don’t know if there’s going to be any vegetarian or vegans eating. Sure to make even the pickiest of eaters happy. For each person you will receive one of the Canyons huge baked potatoes, a potato boat to hold your potato in while it’s being topped, and a set of silverware to eat with. Toppings include Butter, Sour Cream, Fresh cut Green Onions, Real Bacon Crumbled for sprinkling, Canyons Shredded Three Cheese Blend, and Hot Broccoli. $7.25 per person Must call in advance. Chili can be added as a topping for $1.50 per potato.
Taco Bar
We provide you with a buffet style taco bar with taco meat, beans and rice. Your choice of crunchy or soft tacos and on the side all the stuff to top them with. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, and Shredded Cheese.$8.00 per person. Add chips, salsa, and sour cream for $1.50 per person.
BBQ Pork
A Generous portion of our slow roasted pork BBQ’ed to perfection. Served with a brioche bun, your choice of two sliced cheeses, pickles, Canyon Slaw, and our House Chips! We do this one buffet style as well, so you choose how you top it. $12.99 per person
